foot 4. Make contact underneath the ball 5. Turn shoulders to face target on follow through Equipment Needed: ball and four cones Soccer Exercise Player Can Do: Set up four cones as a square target. Practice doing the Rabona kick into the square until you feel comfortable. If you wanted to
