The only problem the USA has with football is getting their talent the proper training after the youth stages. Every Youth World Cup the USA tends to be a major threat and one of the top teams...it falls off after that because they dont get the intense training that south americans and europeans do

Im brazilian and what americans should do is... All Mls clubs open youth and give talents a chance.. Second is get like players from brazil and Argentina, those players that r good dont cost much and will give a good gas, those old starts wont give much intensity no more.. so after that, the level will be good and the talents will have home experience before going to Europe..

For what I can see American soccer is booming like an endless balloon. The current American soccer team is a world class mixture of passion, agility, dominance, respect, and cooperation. And we are getting better and better and in 2010 USA Semifinals 2014 Champions.

Jets... they don't get the intense training? Come on! When an American wants to excell in something it has everything to do it! Time, money, training, everything. The difference is that in here, football soccer is not a very popular sport within men. We don't have half of what Americans do, but we love soccer, even though lately our football is pretty bad!
