He doesnt cast the Avada Kedavra on Snape..He places him in the shielded orb that Nagini is being protected in. Nagini then proceeds to bite him to death..his last breaths are giving Harry his own memories for the Pensieve.

this fight is both amazing and disappointing. Amazing for obvious reasons...but disappointing as it's probably the best fight in the series. When harry confronts v in the last book rather than an actual fight it's more like the ending in "Clue" when they're bantering about whether there's any bullets left in the revolvers (=bantering about the elder wand).

this is the most inaccurate depiction of dumbledore vs voldemort ever. i was so disappointed when i first saw it. so much for voldemort fearing dumbledore.

Well in the book Dumbledore appears in the main room where they're all fighting doesn't he? And the death eaters are all like ZOMG DUMBLEDORE RUN! and he casts some charm on them that ties most of them up then he goes and fights Voldemort. I didn't like the film I think they're all crap to be honest.
