| So one minute is 60 seconds, mmmkay, soooo 30 seconds is one half a minute, soo one and a half minutes is 90 seconds, add 60 seconds and mmmm, that's 2 and a half minutes, Now, that 2 and a half mnutes - mmmm. Wait, 60 seconds is one minute, right? and add 1 half minute so one thousand one, one thousand two, that's 2 seconds.....so.....60 seconds plus 60 seconds and 30 seconds equals 2 and a half minutes. | For those who weight train, now please correct me if i'm wrong because i'm no expert, but i've read a report on a research that said that when you static stretch (holding when stretching unlike balistic stretching) after weight training, it decreases the amount of muscle growth. Is this true or just b.s.? |
