Here, in my opinion, is not an racism problem now. It's a social class problem. The poor people has not access to good education, good healthy, etc. For historical factors, the most poor people is black.

in brasil you can faud different types of girls,mulatas,european,im half chilena and half uruguaya and let me tell you that the brasilian girls are so beautifull,,in fact the latin beauti is the best :)
