A new monument is rising in the skyline of Venezuela's capital Caracas. It's a mausoleum, being built to honour the country's liberator Sim
ón Bolívar. But President Hugo Chavez's critics have seized on the project as a means of attacking the country's leader. Al Jazeera's Adam Raney reports from Caracas.
