The producer Timbaland seems to have used a six year old song from a finish musician and used it for the song "Do it" by Nelly Furtado. Watch this video to see for yourself, and then visit http://tinyurl.com/yeqknw or http://digg.com/music/Timbaland_ripped_off_a_track_from_my_buddy to read more and to hear the original song.

Note: I have nothing to do with the original song, I just think it's wrong for someone to use someone elses work without crediting them.
I would like to add something else too: the point of these videos was to show the similarities between the songs. For some reason that is completely foreign to me, some users feel that this is the forum to express their hateful and racist comments about other people. I WILL NOT TOLERATE SUCH BEHAVIOUR! If you want to comment the videos, that is fine, but BE ADULT ABOUT IT! If the only thing that you can think of writing is something you wouldn't like said about yourself then don't write it.
If the hateful and racist comments continue, I will simply disable the commenting-feature.

no thats different thats called stealing, because it already is copy wrighted. but you can record the stuff in your voice and record your people playing the song and once its copy wrighted then you can sell it as your own because you did a song.
