I think they were and are great whatever music they do. They were of course different in beginning than they later became but both styles fit them perfectly.

It's exactly from the original recording, I can see why the question though. I like the early Bee Gees the best and respect them for a huge comeback in the 70's. I'm just not very dico..ish

I was 16 years old when I heard this song and it introduced me to the Bee Gees, I was and still kinda a hard rock listener. This song has soooo much meaning, this band (when they were a band, so many are dead now), really touched me.
