Vigilante justice is on the rise in Bolivia. In one recent case, two people were killed and nine others seriously injured after a mob set upon them.
The men and women, accused of stealing, were paraded in a packed football stadium. They were beaten and set on fire before police intervened.
Al Jazeera's Emike Umolu reports.

Funny how those two countries are considered among the poorest in SA; but ironically, they are ranked among the lowest three in terms of Homicide rates.
I really wished the author considered that correlation. This is wrong, but it intimidates the CRAP out of anyone that plans on committing a crime.
