i've seen this couple dance before and with their whole group(on video ofc)and i enjoy it every time!they are amazing in their own style..each style and dancer is graced in their own magical way..Dude im just glad to see that there are people out their enjoying latin bcos where i live its not happening much..

I'm from NYC and I think these guys are very entertaining but they have lost the essence of the dance, there is a certain finesse and a rhythm that you have to follow, it's not about the tricks or how fast you dance.

In the end, it doesn't matter where the dance comes from, who created which style or which style each of us think is superior to another or is entertaining or original etc...
What matters in the end is that you are having fun dancing, whatever your style is.

I agree...too fast, without passion and without any kind of pathos and sensuality...I love CUBAN salsa and I think this is a very good performance, but they are not dancing, they are doing sport!
Dancing means dance with passion and fun, looking into the eyes of our partner and not the camera...thinking about other and not only to ourself...salsa is a 2-persons dance...it's not like the breakdance!

Omgoooodness!! Yall are just... wheeew, Oh So Salsa, Baby! I know excellent salsa dancers are out there, but this is the FIRST time I've seen REAL salsa dancers on video! I'm not a fan of ballroom salsa , and that's all that I've seen for the longest. You brothers gave me chilly willies. Thank you, thank you, thank you for this!! Represent that L.A. , Yall!!

Dancing is how you interpret the music, whatever music that may be. If you like to move fast and smooth to that mambo beat, and do triks, and like to see a woman get excited when doing so, well then that is your dance in LA. If you like to dance mostly by yourself, and do body movements, and go all afro on a dura beat, so be it, have fun with that dance in NYC. And if you like to dance in circles with the woman and prefer to see her do that hip action thing, Miami has your kind of dance!

I'm a LA gal, both parents Cuban:) I've won dance competitions w/ guys from Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mexico, & Colombia. I've seen these brothers in person and 100% AGREE with whoever posted that if I'd not seen them in person I'd think they SUCKED! Sorry, too fast! They're behind 'fast SALSA' but it looks nuts, and considering I dance with Soul & Heart, too bad the video does not do justice. Sorry, but feel love for the music and dance! The video doesn't impress like they do in person.

People from New York think NY is better. People from LA think LA is better. Depends really on your personality. If you are flashy, outgoing and like people to stare, you should learn LA style because it makes people go oooh, aaah! If you are a more "classic" and refined person you'll probably prefer NY.
On1 versus on2 is just a silly debate. Again NY says on2 and LA says on1. I say it depends on the song. Anything slow and with a strong son clave fits best on2, otherwise on1.
